Orders and Shipping
We can print a single item, although the more garments you order with the same design the cheaper it will be per piece. Bulk is your friend!
Turnaround time depends on what you’re ordering and our current workflow. We can let you know before your order how long it will take. If you have a deadline, tell us before you order and we’ll let you know if we can meet it.
Sometimes! It depends on our current workload. Email us with the full details and we’ll see if we can work some Swifty magic.
Shipping is based on size and weight. We calculate it once your order is packed and ready to go. If you need an idea beforehand, get in touch and we can give you an estimate.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you might be able to cancel it. Just send us an email right away, and we’ll look into it for you.
Returns and Exchanges
Because everything we make is custom printed just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.
We don’t proofread your designs, and any artwork we create for you is always sent for approval before printing. For that reason, we can’t replace items free of charge.
